Ashdown Golfers Ladies' section

The Ashdown Lady Golfers are a small, but active and developing section of the Club, who enjoy both competitive and social golf. 

The ladies are welcome to join in any of the many Club Competitions and weekly events, and are encouraged to do so by the men. There are also some specific mixed competitions during the year, including Greensomes, Texas Scrambles and a ladies vs men match.

On a Thursday we run our own ladies' competitions, between 9.40 and 10.20, including at least 2 qualifying Stablefords a month, involving a £3 entry fee paid in the pro shop. Other Thursdays are currently listed as ladies' roll-ups, but will often be fun team competitions, if entry numbers allow.

In addition we enter County competitions and organise friendly matches against local clubs.

The Ladies' section is always delighted to welcome new members, and continually comes up with new ideas seeking to improve everyone’s golfing experience at all levels in a friendly and relaxed environment.
